General about the use of Adrenal Cortex
Adrenal cortex glandular supplements, derived from pig or cow adrenal glands, are rich in hormones like cortisol, aldosterone, and DHEA, which manage stress, blood pressure, and metabolism. Taking these supplements can promote adrenal health, potentially enhancing stress resilience and mitigating symptoms of adrenal fatigue or insufficiency like lethargy, weakness, low blood pressure, and salt cravings. Background

The increasing availability and affordability of domesticated animal meat led to a shift in dietary preferences, with organ meat falling out of favor as muscle meats became more prevalent.

This change, however, may have had detrimental effects on our health. Besides their high nutrient density, organ meats and tissues are theorized to offer cellular information that could potentially alter gene expression.
